The terms that apply when you order from M&A Rack Limited.

These terms govern your use of www.ma-racklimited.com and any order you place with M&A Rack Limited, a company registered in Nigeria with its office at 44 Shipeolu Street, Shomolu, Lagos.
By placing an order — through the website checkout or over WhatsApp — you agree to these terms. Please read them before you order.
We sell curated gift hampers, trunk boxes, gift boxes, and bespoke packaging, and we provide gifting consultancy and supply chain services.
We describe our products as accurately as we can, but hamper contents vary with seasonal availability. Where a specific item shown is unavailable, we will substitute an item of equal or greater value and comparable character. If a substitution would materially change what you ordered, we will contact you first.
Product photographs are illustrative. Colours may appear differently on different screens, and handmade or natural materials vary slightly between units.
All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and include packaging unless stated otherwise. Delivery is charged separately and is shown at checkout before you pay.
We may change prices at any time, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay for that order. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to a technical error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it at that price.
Items marked "price on request" — such as bespoke hampers — are quoted individually and ordered through WhatsApp or email.
You can order in two ways:
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order — not automatically when payment is taken. If we cannot fulfil an order after payment, we will refund you in full.
Card, transfer and USSD payments are processed by Paystack. We never see or store your card details.
Every payment is verified against the order total on our server before an order is treated as confirmed. If the amount received does not match the order, we will contact you to resolve it before dispatch. Orders are not dispatched until payment has cleared in full.
We deliver nationwide — across Lagos and to every state in Nigeria. Within Lagos, the delivery fee depends on the area you select at checkout; for other states we will confirm the delivery cost and timing with you before dispatch. Office collection is available at no charge.
We will agree a delivery window with you after your order is confirmed. Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees — traffic, weather and courier delays are outside our control. For time-sensitive occasions, please order well ahead and tell us the date in your order notes.
It is your responsibility to give a complete and accurate delivery address and a phone number that will be answered. Where a delivery fails because nobody was available or the address was wrong, a re-delivery fee may apply.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you gave us, or to any person at that address who accepts the delivery.
Some hampers contain alcoholic beverages. By ordering these you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the recipient is at least 18 years old. We may refuse or cancel any order where we have reason to doubt this, and our delivery partners may ask for proof of age on delivery.
If you would prefer a non-alcoholic alternative in any hamper, tell us in your order notes and we will substitute at no extra cost.
Bulk orders, custom branding and corporate gifting programmes are quoted individually and may be governed by a separate written agreement. Where such an agreement conflicts with these terms, that agreement takes precedence.
Custom-branded and personalised orders normally require a deposit before production begins and cannot be cancelled once production has started.

The M&A Rack Limited name, logo, product photography, and the text and design of this website belong to us. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.
We take care to supply products that match their description and are of satisfactory quality. Where something goes wrong that is our fault, our liability is limited to the value of the affected order.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — for example, loss of profit or the effect of a gift arriving late on an occasion — except where Nigerian law does not permit that limitation. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including strikes, civil unrest, extreme weather, fuel shortages, power or network failure, or government action. Where such an event affects your order, we will contact you and either agree a new delivery date or refund you.
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Lagos State have jurisdiction over any dispute. We would always rather resolve a problem directly — please contact us first.
